So there I was working 50+ hours per week, volunteering for a professional development organization to champion women in leadership, serving in my church, following my two teenagers all over the country for their travel sports and trying to keep my house in order.

And I was exhausted!

My life was busy and full and blessed and I still felt like something wasn’t right. So in November 2019, I hired a coach. My life didn’t change overnight, yet six months later I realized I had made a major shift. I had realized the power of granting the same level of commitment to myself as I had given to my job, my family, my friends and everything else.

The work I did for myself allowed me to realize I am not a bad mother/ wife/employee/friend if I make myself a priority. In fact, I can do more for others when I put myself first.

I became a professional coach because I feel joyful when talking to people and helping them through their challenges. Having someone on your side & holding you accountable makes a huge difference.
